Seng Fong completes 51% stake buy in Ghana rubber buying centre
Seng Fong Holdings Bhd has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Ghana-based Rainbow Rubber Buying Center Ltd for GHS280,500 (about RM100,500) in cash. RRBC runs a rubber processing facility in Ghana, marking Seng Fong's entry into Africa outside Southeast Asia. The group expects the move to lift output by about 40,000 tonnes in the first year.
