BLD Plantation shareholders pass all resolutions at 24th AGM
BLD Plantation Bhd shareholders approved all resolutions at the company's 24th AGM, including audited financial statements for FY2026. The group posted revenue of about RM2 billion, driven by higher sales volume and average selling prices, and declared a first and final single-tier dividend of 4 sen per share payable on October 30.
