Wreckage of crashed Flying Doctor helicopter moved to Miri for investigation

The wreckage of a Flying Doctor Service helicopter that crashed at Long Lellang STOLport on Tuesday, killing all five on board, has been transported to Miri for further investigation. Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Mohamad Zainal Abdullah said the removal was completed at 11.55am today and the wreckage left Long Lellang at 2.17pm using four 4WD vehicles. The journey to Miri takes about 10 hours via former logging roads.
