IHH unit NTK disputes Tokyo court ruling over Fortis-linked case
Northern TK Venture, an indirect subsidiary of Malaysia's IHH Healthcare, says it disagrees with a Sept 10 judgment by the Tokyo District Court and is reviewing its legal options. The dispute stems from IHH's 2018 acquisition of India's Fortis Healthcare, which it says suffered delays in mandatory tender offer approvals amid a separate Daiichi Sankyo case. IHH insists it was not a party to that underlying dispute.
