Kerjaya Prospek subsidiary loses two CIPAA appeals, ordered to pay RM40,000
The Court of Appeal dismissed two appeals by Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd over an adjudication decision involving Apple 99 Development, a Yong Tai subsidiary, and ordered RM40,000 in costs. Kerjaya Prospek said its separate civil suit against Apple 99 at the High Court in Shah Alam is unaffected and will be heard in December 2026.
