ASDION Berhad moves financial year end to 31 March 2027
ASDION Berhad has changed its financial year end from 30 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. The board said the change gives its proposed principal adviser and sponsor more time to review and finalise the group's operational, financial and restructuring matters. The next audited financial statements will cover 18 months, from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2027.
