Prudent Aire files draft prospectus for ACE Market listing

The listing involves a public issue of 103.5 million new shares and an offer for sale of 18 million existing shares, with proceeds earmarked for a new manufacturing facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, machinery, and working capital. The company reported a net profit of RM8.2 million for FY2025.
