Nvidia in talks to anchor Anthropic IPO of up to US$100b
Anthropic is in talks with Nvidia to bring the chipmaker in as an anchor investor for an initial public offering that could raise as much as US$100 billion and value the AI startup at around US$2 trillion. Nvidia is considering putting in up to US$10 billion, according to people familiar with the discussions, which remain under way and could change. The listing is expected to complete before the US midterm elections in November.
