Najib's house arrest: postponement is not rejection, says constitutional expert
Constitutional law expert Assoc Prof Datuk Dr Wan Ahmad Fauzi Wan Husain said the postponement of Najib Razak's pardon application at the 63rd Pardon Board meeting yesterday does not mean it was rejected. He said the application can be brought back at a future meeting, with two options available to the board: maintaining the status quo or granting a reprieve in the form of house arrest.
