Malaysia in talks with Nepal to send flood victims' DNA samples to KL
Malaysia is negotiating with Nepal to bring DNA samples of mudslide victims to Kuala Lumpur to speed up identification of 55 missing Malaysians. Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan said the request was made through the Malaysian embassy in Kathmandu and is awaiting a response. The SMART team will return home today or tomorrow after handing over drones to Nepali rescuers.
