Tiafoe falls to Shelton in four sets in US Open semi-final
Frances Tiafoe lost his US Open semi-final to fellow American Ben Shelton in four sets at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York on Friday. It was Tiafoe's third last-four appearance in five years, and he said his serve percentage was the main gap against Shelton. He leaves Flushing Meadows saying he is proud of his season and will go back to work chasing a first Grand Slam title.
