Trust Bank launches AI chatbot app for tracking monthly spending
Singapore digital bank Trust released a mobile app on September 8 with an AI chatbot called Trust AI Ask that lets customers query their monthly spending, including on dining, wellness and overseas travel. Trust, formed by Standard Chartered and FairPrice Group in 2022, now has over a million customers and is Singapore's fourth-largest retail bank. DBS plans to upgrade its digibank app with AI by November, while OCBC has used its WoW AI tool since July.
