Thailand approves 17 industrial projects worth US$3.66 billion
Thailand's Board of Investment has approved 17 projects worth US$3.66 billion under its FastPass scheme, expected to create over 14,000 jobs, with electronics and electrical components making up nearly 70% of the total. The board also introduced tax incentives for promoted companies listing on Thai stock markets, and approved three separate capital projects including a wind farm in Maha Sarakham and a packaging facility in Ayutthaya.
