Jamil Khir arrives at Kuala Lumpur court to face charges over TH RCI report
Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom, a former minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of religious affairs, arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex on 14 September to face charges linked to the Royal Commission of Inquiry report on Lembaga Tabung Haji. The case is set for mention before Sessions Court Judge Rosli Ahmad, after the MACC proposed three charges under Section 403 of the Penal Code. He was earlier detained on 2 September and released on bail on 8 September.
