Ann Joo Resources to dispose of entire stake in Ann Joo Steel
Ann Joo Resources Berhad announced the disposal of its 100% equity interest in wholly-owned subsidiary Ann Joo Steel Berhad, comprising 612,993,535 ordinary shares, to Green Esteel Pte Ltd for cash. The transaction was announced to Bursa Malaysia on 14 September 2026 as a non-related party transaction under Chapter 10 of the listing requirements.
