Eight locations record unhealthy air quality, Serian highest at API 174
Eight locations across Malaysia continued to record unhealthy air quality as of 9am on Sept 14, according to the Department of Environment. Serian in Sarawak was the most affected with an API of 174, followed by Sri Aman (172), Johan Setia in Selangor (158) and Cheras in Kuala Lumpur (152). Seremban, Nilai, Kuching and Putrajaya also recorded unhealthy readings between 128 and 138.
