Lando Norris was leading the Spanish Grand Prix from pole when a Virtual Safety Car was deployed for Lance Stroll's crash, and he had already passed the pit entry so could not stop. Kimi Antonelli took the win ahead of Max Verstappen, with Norris recovering to third. Norris said the rule is unfair and wants the safety car kept out for at least a lap.
