Mandiri, HAYAT appoint lawyers to challenge bank account freeze

NGOs Mandiri and HAYAT will legally challenge the freezing of their bank accounts after claiming they received no clear explanation from authorities. Both organisations have appointed lawyers and say the freeze also affects the personal accounts of their executive directors. A press conference was held in front of Bukit Aman police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
