Hii Capital launches mandatory take-over offer for ASTEEL at 7.5 sen a share
Hii Capital Holdings has issued an unconditional mandatory take-over offer for all remaining shares of ASTEEL Group Berhad at RM0.075 per share in cash. The offer document was despatched on 14 September 2026 and the acceptance period runs until 5 October 2026. The offeror is acting with Datuk Clifford Hii Toh Leong and persons acting in concert.
