KDN launches AI digital human to ease access to ministry information
The Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) has launched an AI-powered virtual representative called the AI Digital Human to make it easier for the public to get information about its services. It supports 12 languages including Malay, English, Mandarin, Tamil and Arabic, and features a holographic presentation of Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail. Saifuddin also urged agencies under KDN to adopt AI in their core functions.
