Metro Healthcare appoints Chong Khai Siang as non-independent director
Metro Healthcare Berhad has appointed Chong Khai Siang, 41, as a non-independent and non-executive director effective 14 September 2026. Chong is the chief executive officer of the Austin Heights Group of Companies and holds 55,067,000 ordinary shares plus 13,766,750 warrants in the company.
