OMODA Jaecoo Malaysia has launched the Jaecoo J5 EV, its first fully electric model here, priced at RM118,800 on-the-road without insurance. The single-variant EV is locally assembled at Chery Corporate Malaysia's plant in Shah Alam, offering up to 402km of WLTP range from a 58.9kWh battery. A launch package worth RM10,000 is offered for the first 1,000 units registered by October 31.
