He was one of five people killed when an FDS helicopter crashed near the Long Lellang STOLport in Ulu Baram on Sept 8.

Beliau antara lima mangsa nahas pada 8 September lalu, yang turut merangkumi juruterbang, pegawai perubatan dan pembantu pegawai perubatan. Siasatan punca kejadian masih dijalankan oleh Biro Siasatan Kemalangan Udara (AAIB).
