The contract, awarded by Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, covers Phase 1A (a 14-storey retail mall) and Phase 1C (a 40-storey office tower) on Lot 73013, Persiaran Perdana. Work starts Sept 1, 2026, and is scheduled for completion by March 17, 2028.
