   The Education Ministry has approved RM200,000 for initial repair and electrical works at SK Setia Alam in Shah Alam, Selangor, after a classroom was destroyed in a fire last Monday. Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said a technical team visited the school a day after the incident, and repairs will begin once police and fire investigations are complete.

Shrilaxmi Harenath Rao of SMK Bukit Jelutong won, with Sanjanaah Mages Varan and Qaseh Nazatul Nabila Mohd Ridzuan of SMK TTDI Jaya second and third. The event, held for NST's 181st anniversary, was supported by the Petaling Perdana Education Office and sponsored by Nestle.
