1. 10.7km River of Life cycling ride from PWTC to Brickfields set for Klang River Festival

   A community cycling ride will take participants along the 10.7km River of Life path in Kuala Lumpur, starting from Menara DBKL 1 and passing through the Klang River Festival. The ride is limited to 10 participants, who must bring their own bicycles and helmets.

2. Free 18km Klang River cycling ride through Brickfields to Dataran Merdeka on Saturday

   A free, social 18km cycling ride along the Klang River will be held, starting in Brickfields and ending at Dataran Merdeka. The ride, limited to 20 participants, is led by two Kuala Lumpur-based cyclists and will explore riverside paths and quiet backroads.

3. Guided walking tour of Klang River Festival site in Kuala Lumpur

   A guided walking tour of the Klang River Festival's main site will be held in Kuala Lumpur. The tour, starting behind Millerz Square, will explore the festival's location at the midpoint of the Klang River's 120km journey. The event is organized by the Klang River Festival NGO to raise awareness about the river.

4. IMMERSIO 2026 new media art festival to transform PASAR theme at GMBB from Sept 11-27

   IMMERSIO 2026, a biennial new media art festival by Filamen, will be held at GMBB in Kuala Lumpur from 11 to 27 September 2026. The festival features over 70 works by more than 100 artists from Malaysia and Asia, all interpreting the theme of 'PASAR'. The event will also extend to other locations in Kuala Lumpur, including Muzium Telekom, REXKL, OMBAK KLCC and Tasik Titiwangsa.
