1. Eight teams compete in kolek boat race on Sungai Kelantan

Organised by the Tumpat District Council with Tourism Kelantan, the race saw several boats capsize amid cheers from spectators.

4. Pohon pitis declared Kelantan state heritage at Istana Balai Besar

The launch event featured celebrity court sessions, exhibition matches and a Merdeka countdown with fireworks.
