200,000 residents in Bukit Jalil oppose 17,000-unit apartment project
More than 200,000 residents from Bukit Jalil, Bandar Kinrara and Taman Puncak Jalil are opposing a proposed 17,000-unit apartment development in Bukit Jalil, citing worsening congestion and inadequate infrastructure. The project was postponed after failing to get DBKL approval, and residents plan to submit a memorandum to the Prime Minister in October.

Country Heights subsidiaries' properties up for judicial auction with RM207.8m reserve prices
Two properties owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of Country Heights Holdings Bhd are set for judicial auctions with combined reserve prices of RM207.77 million. The larger asset, Mines Waterfront Business Park in Petaling, Selangor, carries a RM152.77 million reserve and is due for auction on Nov 4, while a 6.41-acre commercial parcel in Country Heights, Kajang, will be auctioned on Sept 21 with a RM55 million reserve.
