Ibraco launches NBX and NBX Residence 1 in Kuching, roadshow at The Spring Sept 18-20
Ibraco Berhad has launched NorthBank Business Exchange (NBX) and its first residential block, NBX Residence 1, within its 123-acre NorthBank township in Kuching. A roadshow at The Spring Shopping Mall from September 18 to 20 showcases the 268-unit development, which includes mobility-friendly homes in Tower A. Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian officiated the launch, describing NBX as part of the emerging Sarawak Health Metropolis.

Ibraco Bhd has partnered with Affin Bank to offer a financing solution for purchasers of NBX Residence I who face debt service ratio complications. Ibraco Berhad has launched NorthBank Business Exchange (NBX) at its 123-acre The NorthBank township in Kuching, adding 268 residential units, a neighbourhood mall and offices. A sheltered skybridge is planned to link the development to the future 300-bed Regency Specialist Hospital Kuching, which is targeted to open in 2029.

NBX launched in Kuching to support Sarawak Health Metropolis ecosystem
Northbank Business Exchange (NBX) was launched in Kuching as part of the Sarawak Health Metropolis development ecosystem. Sarawak Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian said urban development must cover housing, business, education and healthcare, not housing alone. He described NBX as an example of the private sector complementing the Sarawak government's plans.

Ibraco Bhd has launched the NorthBank Business Exchange (NBX) in Kuching, a mixed-use destination within the 123-acre NorthBank township. NBX will be connected to the SM07 NorthBank Ibraco ART station and the adjoining Regency Specialist Hospital Kuching via a dedicated SkyLink bridge, and will feature a neighbourhood mall, offices and over 1,000 basement parking bays.
