1. MAIS targets all Selangor mosques to adopt AI and digitalisation

   The Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) aims for all mosques in the state to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalisation in their management, up from about 30 per cent currently. MAIS secretary Mohd Sabirin Mohd Sarbini said digital financial systems and management courses will be expanded by district, with AI also used in MAIS's daily operations. He spoke at the 12th International Conference on Mosque, Zakat and Waqf Management (IMAF) in Bangi.
