A 14-year-old driving a car was involved in two separate crashes in Taman Chai Leng, Perai, yesterday. The car allegedly hit a parked vehicle before driving against traffic on Lebuh Kurau 5 and hitting another car. JAS monitors peat and landfill fires in Sarawak and Johor

Malaysian maritime authorities seized more than 600 vape cartridges suspected to contain drugs near Sungai Rengit, Johor. The contraband, valued at over RM160,000, was found in a black bag left in a rocky coastal area during a patrol on Friday. The items were taken to the Batu Pahat maritime headquarters for investigation.
