The April ruling found the developer breached sale and purchase agreements by converting residential units to commercial use, and the applicants were ordered to pay RM50,000 in costs.

Video of suspected street race on Putrajaya main road sparks concern, Radzi to contact police
A video showing vehicles believed to be racing and testing their speed on a main road in Putrajaya at night has gone viral on social media, raising safety concerns among users. Putrajaya MP Datuk Dr Mohd Radzi Md Jidin said he will contact the Putrajaya district police headquarters for more details. Police arrest another pilot in Klang Valley over Jakarta drug syndicate case

MYDIN to open first hypermarket at KITA @ Cybersouth township in Dengkil
LBS Bina Group has signed a lease agreement with MYDIN to open the first hypermarket at its KITA @ Cybersouth development in Dengkil. MoU value at MAHA hits RM9.3 billion, exceeding RM8 billion target

Agriculture Minister Mohamad Sabu said visitor numbers reached 2.77 million by the seventh day, with sales value at RM16.3 million.
