Loke: M.V.15 inspection fees fixed, centres cannot undercut on price
Transport Minister Anthony Loke said M.V.15 vehicle ownership transfer inspection fees are standardised and set by JPJ, so licensed centres cannot compete on price and must focus on service quality instead.
