Motorcyclists tour Lenggong heritage sites
A group of motorcyclists led by Norhadi Kaharuddin explored historical and heritage sites in Lenggong, Perak over four days from 28 to 31 August. The trip covered Hutan Lipur Lata Kekabu, Bukit Sapi, Lata Perahu, 'Mini Amazon' Kampung Beng and the Lenggong Valley Archaeological Gallery. Videos of the journey were shared on social media to highlight geological treasures such as the Perak Man skeleton.

Three hikers rescued at Lata Debu, Baling; one fainted, two lost
Three hikers, including a 29-year-old woman who fainted and two who got lost, were rescued by the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department at Lata Debu, Baling. The rescue operation took nearly five hours due to dangerous terrain and dark weather.

MBSB Bank provides RM78m shariah financing for solar panels at 32 Kedah water plants
MBSB Bank has allocated RM78 million in shariah-compliant financing for solar energy projects at 32 Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA) facilities in Kedah. The first phase will install 2,500 solar panels at three water treatment plants in the Baling area, including the Kuala Ketil and Sungai Ular plants.
