500 family members from Sarawak, Brunei and Labuan reunite in Limbang after 60 years
More than 500 members of the extended family of Awang Salleh and Dayang Damit from Sarawak, Brunei and Labuan gathered at Dewan Bunga Raya in Limbang today after being apart for over 60 years. The Jejak Kasih Keluarga gathering also saw the launch of a family database to trace the lineage of six generations descended from the late Awang Sulaiman and the late Dayang Damit.

Sibu, Limbang share points in 1-1 Sarawak Premier League draw
Sibu and Limbang shared a point after a 1-1 draw in the Sarawak Premier League 2026 Zone B (North) match at Kompleks Sukan Limbang. Abg Mohamad Eiffwan Abg Kassim put Sibu ahead in the 30th minute, while Izzan Syahrizal Awang Midun equalised for Limbang in the 92nd minute.

Borderland Music Festival in Damai can become Sarawak's next music draw
The fourth edition of Borderland Music Festival at Sarawak Culture Village in Damai drew about 9,000 people on its opening night. Deputy Minister Datuk Snowdan Lawan said it could become a new music tourism brand for Sarawak alongside the Rainforest World Music Festival. He added the haze did not affect the concert as the API in Damai stayed low.
