Nepal PM: Himalaya flood a climate change disaster, urges global action

Nepal's Prime Minister Balendra Shah has called the deadly flood in the Himalaya region last week a climate change-driven disaster, urging the international community to take immediate action. The flood, caused by a glacial collapse on the China-Nepal border, has killed at least 939 people and left nearly 4,500 missing.
