Sarawak's Serian records highest API of 389; cloud seeding to start Sept 3
Six locations in Sarawak recorded hazardous Air Pollutant Index (API) readings above 300, with Serian at 389, as of 2 pm. The National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) will conduct cloud seeding operations in Sarawak, Kedah, and Perlis from September 3 to 5 to combat the worsening haze.
