Miros clarifies highway lane rules: left for normal travel, right for overtaking only
The Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros) has clarified that the left lane on Malaysian highways is for normal travel, while the right lane is for overtaking only. A Miros director stated that motorists should keep left and only use the right lane to overtake before returning to the left.
