PRG Holdings interim judicial manager takes over directors' powers pending court ruling
PRG Holdings Bhd's interim judicial manager has assumed the functions and powers of the company's directors, pending the High Court's decision on its judicial management application. The appointment follows a winding-up petition and a dispute with major shareholder Datuk Ng Yan Cheng. The company says its business operations will continue as usual.
