Sarawak is experiencing severe transboundary haze from fires in Kalimantan, Indonesia, with API readings reaching hazardous levels in Serian, Kuching, and other areas. The Yang di-Pertua Negeri, Wan Junaidi, warns that API levels could hit 800, recalling the 1997 crisis, and calls for Asean cooperation to address the issue.
