ADI programme lets older SPM leavers earn diplomas while working
The Academy in Industry (ADI) programme allows Malaysians who entered the workforce after SPM to gain formal qualifications without quitting their jobs. At Ascott International Malaysia, workers in their 30s and 40s completed a professional diploma, with training embedded in their work hours. The programme is seen as a second chance for over 500,000 SPM graduates who did not pursue tertiary education.
