Ascend Airways Malaysia Expected To Begin Passenger Operations By End-2026

Ascend Airways Malaysia has received approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia to add passenger operations to its Air Operator Certificate, following a successful proving flight between Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. The airline expects to begin passenger services by the end of 2026, operating three Boeing 737-800 aircraft under ACMI arrangements.
