MATTA fair chairman warns outbound travel costs may rise due to geopolitical tensions
The organising chairman of MATTA Fair Sabah 2026 said geopolitical tensions could push up outbound travel prices, affecting flights and operating costs. He suggested Sabahans explore domestic and community-based tourism as an alternative. The fair will be held at the Sabah International Convention Centre from Sept 18 to 20.
