MMEA detains tugboat off Bintulu for operating without anchor

The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency detained a tugboat in waters northwest of Kuala Kemena, Bintulu, on Thursday for allegedly operating without an anchor. The vessel and its four crew members were escorted to Shin Yang Jetty for further investigation.
