Greentown health clinic adopts CCMS digital system to cut patient wait times

The Greentown Health Clinic in Ipoh, Perak, has implemented the Cloud-Based Digital Management System (CCMS) to replace manual queue books and physical files. The system allows health workers to track patient movement in real-time, speeding up registration and reducing wait times. This initiative is part of the Health Ministry's efforts to expand digitalisation of public health services.
