Jepak rep warns public of RM2,500 deposit scam for unofficial Kampung Jelutong SPK houses

Jepak assemblyman Iskandar Turkee has warned the public against unofficial offers for houses in the Kampung Jelutong Village Expansion Scheme (SPK) in Bintulu. Prospective buyers are reportedly being asked to pay a RM2,500 deposit by parties using registration forms and location maps to appear genuine. He urged the public to verify offers with authorities before making any payments.
