Setia Awan launches 1,084 affordable homes in Meru from RM170,000

Setia Awan Group's subsidiary has launched Residensi Jati De Meru Phase 1B, a 1,084-unit affordable housing project in Meru, Perak, with prices starting from RM170,000. The RM291 million development targets young families and first-time buyers and is expected to be completed by 2029.
