Sibu woman fined RM1,500 for assaulting cousin over RM2,500 debt

A 37-year-old woman was fined RM1,500 by the Sibu Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to assaulting her cousin. The assault happened on Aug 27 at a residence in Kampung Bahagia Jaya, Teku, following a dispute over an unpaid debt.
