Tan Tock Seng Hospital launches nurse-led programme to speed up sepsis treatment

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore has introduced a nurse-led programme called 'Safe from Sepsis' to detect and treat sepsis earlier. The initiative aims to ensure at least 80% of patients receive antibiotics within 180 minutes, up from the current 37%. The programme has won a gold award at a recent hospital management ceremony in Bangkok.
