Bankrupt Singapore agent admits faking S$11 million property sale for advance commissions

A 51-year-old bankrupt property agent in Singapore, Cheong En Kiong, pleaded guilty to forgery and cheating charges for faking a property sale to obtain advance commissions. He tricked a fellow agent into submitting fraudulent documents to LytePay, which disbursed S$91,653 before the scheme was discovered by ERA.
